Mayor Van Johnson’s combined growth has created jobs but now they’re in the hands of those who want a job. The last time the unemployment rate was above 3.5 percent was August 2021. The rate was 3.9 percent and has been on the decline due to the coronavirus pandemic. Today is National Wildlife Day. WJCL 22 NEWS’ Savannah Younger joins us live from the wildlife on Outland Island… where there are all sorts of animals on that preserve. And Savannah… you’re going to see some wildlife there soon. That’s right… if you’ve never had a chance to visit the Outland Island Wildlife Center… I highly recommend it. Because there are dozens of animals here that you probably don’t see every day in Southeast Georgia… like bison… cougars… and wolves. There are more than 90 species of mammals that live in Georgia… and more than 300 species of marine life that live off the coast of Georgia. National Wildlife Day was established in 2005 with the goal of raising awareness of endangered animals, educating the public about conservation, and recognizing the role that zoos and animal sanctuaries play in all that they do to help conserve these animals. In 30 minutes I’ll have a surprise animal join me, as well as a naturalist, to talk about how these animals are good for our environment. Our Boomtown coverage has explored many aspects of the Hyundai Metaplant plant in Bryan County. With the project nearly complete… WJCL 22 NEWS’ Lydia Blackstone… gives us a look… at the first vehicles… to roll out. “Just last September, there was nothing but structural steel on the floor. There were no side walls or roofs, even for that matter. And here it is, just a short year later. We’re already at the point where we’re producing vehicles.” (William Lloyd, Parts Quality Engineer, HMGMA) Hyundai Metaplant is almost complete… and while they were building the massive factory… they were also preparing to produce this… (LL) This is the IONIQ Five, a pre-production vehicle for the Hyundai Metaplant, and it will be the first car to roll off the production line. The factory is set to be completed by the end of the year. “Being able to create something that people will live with, touch, and depend on every day is incredibly exciting.” (Joe Lamoraglia, Head of Communications, HMGMA) Joe Lamoraglia at NAT… “HMGMA” says this EV will expand Hyundai’s EV capabilities by being able to charge at Tesla stations. “If you were going on a road trip in one of our vehicles, it would be a lot easier.” (Joe Lamoraglia, Head of Communications, HMGMA) They haven’t announced pricing for the car yet or how many they plan to produce… but we do know… “It’s being produced here in Savannah, and you’ll be able to buy a 2025 IONIQ Five by the end of the year.” ((Joe Lamoraglia, HMGMA Communications Director)) For Bryan County residents and Hyundai plant workers like William Lloyd, they finally get a chance to see the fruits of their labor “I am proud to say Lydia… thank you. What Are The Main Benefits Of Comparing Car Insurance Quotes Online

LOS ANGELES, CA / ACCESSWIRE / June 24, 2020, / Compare-autoinsurance.Org has launched a new blog post that presents the main benefits of comparing multiple car insurance quotes. For more info and free online quotes, please visit https://compare-autoinsurance.Org/the-advantages-of-comparing-prices-with-car-insurance-quotes-online/ The modern society has numerous technological advantages. One important advantage is the speed at which information is sent and received. With the help of the internet, the shopping habits of many persons have drastically changed. The car insurance industry hasn't remained untouched by these changes. On the internet, drivers can compare insurance prices and find out which sellers have the best offers. View photos The advantages of comparing online car insurance quotes are the following: Online quotes can be obtained from anywhere and at any time. Unlike physical insurance agencies, websites don't have a specific schedule and they are available at any time. Drivers that have busy working schedules, can compare quotes from anywhere and at any time, even at midnight. Multiple choices. Almost all insurance providers, no matter if they are well-known brands or just local insurers, have an online presence. Online quotes will allow policyholders the chance to discover multiple insurance companies and check their prices. Drivers are no longer required to get quotes from just a few known insurance companies. Also, local and regional insurers can provide lower insurance rates for the same services. Accurate insurance estimates. Online quotes can only be accurate if the customers provide accurate and real info about their car models and driving history. Lying about past driving incidents can make the price estimates to be lower, but when dealing with an insurance company lying to them is useless. Usually, insurance companies will do research about a potential customer before granting him coverage. Online quotes can be sorted easily. Although drivers are recommended to not choose a policy just based on its price, drivers can easily sort quotes by insurance price. Using brokerage websites will allow drivers to get quotes from multiple insurers, thus making the comparison faster and easier.
