MANILA, Philippines – A 4.3-magnitude earthquake struck Bola town in Camarines Sur province on Wednesday afternoon, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said.

The Philippine Astronomical Research Center said in a bulletin that the quake was located west of Bula in Camarines Sur and struck at 3:52 p.m. It was of tectonic origin and had a depth of 154 kilometers.

The agency added that no damage or aftershocks are expected.

A 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck Jomalig City in Quezon province earlier on Wednesday. The quake struck Jose Panganiban town in Camarines Norte province.
