A 3.2 magnitude earthquake hits the coast of Malibu

A 3.2-magnitude earthquake shook the coast of Malibu on Saturday, the second week in a row the area has been hit by a quake and the fourth time since the beginning of September, according to the US Geological Survey.
It happened at 2:38 p.m. about six miles southwest of the beach town, according to USGS reports. They say it happened at a geographical depth of eight and a half miles.
So far, there have been no reports of injuries or damage, and there are no active tsunami warnings.
According to the USGS Did you feel it? According to the report, people as far east as Acton and as far south as Long Beach could feel the shivering.
Malibu has been hit by a series of earthquakes in recent weeks, the most recent of which was last Saturday when a 3.0-magnitude earthquake struck around the same time Saturday afternoon.
This earthquake was preceded by two others the previous week, one with a magnitude of 3.6 on September 16 and another with a magnitude of 4.7 on September 13.
None of the earthquakes resulted in injuries, deaths, or serious property damage.
