This morning–we're learning more–about the teen charged in the deadly shooting at Winder School that left two students and two teachers dead. Court documents now reveal a “shrine” in his home – raising more questions about what his father knew – and when. ABC's Andrew Demport has more. Chilling new details were revealed this morning about the Georgia school shooting that left four people dead last month. Investigators allege the shooter wrote a meticulous plan in a notebook listing locations at school to target him — even detailing what he was wearing KELSE WARD // Special Agent, Georgia Bureau of Investigation: We know from the detailed notebooks he wrote about a plan to shoot that he intended to wear That jacket. The revelations came during a probable cause hearing for Colin Gray, the suspect's father – who also faces murder charges. Prosecutors say he was aware of his son's deteriorating mental health and was fascinated by mass killings. This number is higher than the only seven thousand who were approved before it was updated by the administration two years ago. The Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program was established in 2007. It promised college graduates that the remainder of their federal student loans would be liquidated after ten years of working in government or nonprofit jobs. A new school is coming to Rincon. The school will be located on Blue Jay Road near the Blanford Crossing subdivisions. That's where we find WJCL 22 NEWS' Kieron Nevo. KY, Effingham County School District operates on the name… Frank- That's right! The district is actually encouraging the community to help them decide on a name for this new school. This is done through a survey in which you can share your idea and why…. as well as a presentation of the mascot and school colors. This new school in Rincon will open in the fall of 2026 and is expected to serve more than 1,200 students. These students will be in grades kindergarten through fifth grade. The plan is for this new school to resemble Rincon Elementary, which is what you see on your screen. This will be Rincon's fourth elementary school, and they will be about 10 minutes away from each other. As ABC's Andrea Fujii reports…the 31-year-old singer reportedly fell from the third floor of his hotel room. This morning, distraught fans – remembering One Direction star Liam Payne – gathered at the Buenos Aires hotel where he was found dead. Authorities say he jumped from his third-floor balcony. Police responded to the hotel for reports of a man acting erratically. His body – later found in the yard.
