Brexit: Former prime minister blames parliamentary suspension

But Boris Johnson said MPs trying to block the No Deal exit were hurting the chances of a deal with the EU. The Supreme Court of Scotland has rejected another lawmaker’s bid to stop the interim order but agreed to a full hearing on the matter next week.
