In what are being proclaimed as a historic agreement, Israel and the United Arab Emirates have reached an agreement to normalize relations. Donald Trump made the announcement in the White House, saying that Israel would now hang on to plans to add parts of the occupied West Bank. However, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has come out in contradiction, saying “no changes have been made” to Israel’s plans.
