Following the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations Commission for Narcotic Drugs (CND) has decided to set up five new psychoactive substances and one drug under international control.

The recommendations have been developed by WHO experts on drug addiction-ECDD addiction, consisting of global experts who analyze health risks and use psychoactive substances circulating in the global markets and warning them to involve them in international control if evidence has determined that their use may inflict damage to population health in countries in countries.
