Japan refutes criticism to respond to saving the Myanmar earthquake

Japan is back against criticism of the timing of the relief response from the earthquake in Myanmar, after the emergency team launched from Tokyo and arrived days after its counterparts from China and Russia-besides what is generally seen as the decisive window for 72 hours to save the survivors.
