Victorville, California (VVng.com) – A second earthquake was registered early in Easter in Victorville, a few hours after shook hands with 2.6 earthquakes in the Valley Valley neighborhood late Saturday night.

The most modern tremor, which was initially reported as a size of 1.94, occurred at 12:49 am on Sunday, April 20, 2025. According to mobile seismic data, the mile center was two miles northeast of Mountain Fyu Fedan, near Mohafi Drive, between Idado and Amrgosa, in the depth of approximately 5.2 miles.

The coordinates (34.529 degrees north, 117.339 degrees Celsius) put the earthquake near the Church of Zion Luther, which is located in 15342 Geraldo Drive in Vicorville.

Perhaps the smaller earthquake was the wireless tremor of the 2.6 previous filling earthquake at 10:50 pm on Saturday, April 19, at the same site, at a depth of about 5.6 miles. This initial event remains on the map of the American Geological Survey.

Residents around Victorville reported that they feel earthquake. In the Victor Valley 411 Facebook collection, a person wrote, “This is a severe hit one!” Another said: “I thought I was dreaming, but I was not so,” while another commented, “I felt it in the Nisr Ranch area.”

No injuries or property damage were reported.

As of Sunday noon, the Easter earthquake is no longer 1.94-Magnituds listed on USGs. According to the agency, some initial events are later reviewed and removed due to the wrong or intertwined seismic data.

“Sometimes our systems produce wrong information that is released to the public … These errors are generally identified immediately by seismologists, removed from our web pages,” explains USGs.

The population who suffered from shaking is encouraged to submit a USGS report, “Did you feel it?” A tool to help seismic tracking.
