Photographs of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, formerly Prince Andrew, have been scattered around an English village ahead of a visit by his brother, King Charles. Copies of an image published in the Epstein files, which appears to show Andrew on all fours over an unidentified woman, were found in the area hosting his brother King Charles and Queen Camilla. Meanwhile, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer has apologized to Jeffrey Epstein’s victims over his controversial decision to appoint Peter Mandelson as US ambassador despite his friendship with the sex offender. As pressure mounts from his party and the prime minister in parliament, Mr Starmer said he was sorry to have believed the lies of Lord Mandelson, whose name appeared in the latest batch of Epstein files.
