Tighter restrictions are being imposed on more people living in certain parts of the north-west of England to prevent the spread of coronavirus. As of midnight on Saturday, residents of Oldham and the Pendle neighborhood of Blackburn and Lancashire will not be able to socialize with anyone outside their home. They have been told that to avoid trips that are essential to public transport and that encounters like weddings and funerals are limited to twenty people.
