Lawyers for the family of a black man shot in the back by U.S. police in Wisconsin have said he will need a “miracle” to walk again. Jacob Blake, 29, was shot several times in his car door in Kenosa. At least one bullet went through his spine, lawyers said. Several people were killed Tuesday night after police were shot dead. The Wisconsin governor is sending more National Guard troops to Kenoshara.
