India calls for release of Pakistan pilot as Kashmir crisis escalates – BBC News
India has demanded the release of a pilot plane shot by Pakistani warplanes over two nuclear powers over Kashmir.
The video showing the pilot – with blind people and blood on his face – was shared by the Pakistani information ministry.
The image was described by India as “a rough display of an injured worker”.
The latest airstrikes by Line Control (LoC), which divides Pakistan and India from Pakistan, are the first in the 1971 war.
The incident, which said Pakistan threw out two military weapons, has increased tensions between the two nations, both of which claim all Kashmir but only control some parts of it.
