“Go back to your workplaces, if you can,” is the message of the British government’s media campaign in England. After reopening for many students next week, ministers want to encourage people to return to their offices in a safe place, amid fears they may have in the city’s downtown economies. Britain’s Transport Secretary Grant Shapps says it is impossible to do some work remotely, but Scottish Prime Minister Nicola Sturgeon has said staff would not return to the office.
