People arriving in Wales and Scotland from Portugal now have to be isolated for 14 days, but the rules for England and Northern Ireland have not changed. The Welsh rules apply from 4am tomorrow in Scotland while they start on Saturday morning. Portuguese Coronavirus cases are on the rise in the last week. Some of Britain’s biggest aviation names have accused the UK government of lacking leadership and are calling on ministers to approve Coronavirus tests at airports to give people confidence to travel.
