Mr Hancock said the new hospital at ExCeL, an exhibition center in east London.

The new NHS Nightingale Hospital will consist of two wards and will have 4,000 patients, Mr Hancock says.

In response to a call from UK doctors to return to the NHS, Mr Hancock said more than 11,500 had come, including 2,660 doctors and 6,147 nurses.

He added that more than 18,000 medical students will also join NHS staff.
