Tighter Bolton restrictions have been imposed after the highest infection rate was recorded in the UK. Restaurants, pubs and cafes out there have announced that they can only offer a takeaway and must close by 10pm. Ministers say the rise in some parts of the UK is driven by people between the ages of 18 and 30, accused of non-compliance with social exclusion.
