“Increase it! We have received a secret message for you,” Mumbai police said. The post follows a white board with text written in a minute. After clicking on the picture, it says, “It’s too close. Don’t be fools. Keep social distance.”

Ahead of the April fool, the Maharashtra government has warned people not to spread rumors or spread false messages to avoid panic in the middle of the shutdown. The state government has also said that under the Information Technology (IT) law, cases will be registered against anyone found guilty.
Maharashtra has recorded 320 Covid-19 cases since April 1, PTI news agency reported. India has recorded over 1600 cases so far.
