The complaint alleges that Salvatore accessed Spectra’s account at Bypass Mobile, a company based in Austin, Texas that provides an online menu and payment apps for stadiums, and “software, information, codes, and commands transferred” to delete the menu and payment options for the stadium, resulting in the closure of all stations. 204.

The court documents did not specify the motive behind the alleged crime.

No attorney was listed for Salvatore, and Knight could not be reached immediately on Tuesday night.

If convicted of this charge, Salvatore faces up to 10 years in prison, a $ 250,000 fine and three years of supervised release.

Salvatore is due to appear in court for the first time on November 16, according to court records.
