San Jose Earthquakes’ Marcos Lopez appears in Peru’s defeat to Chile

A San Jose Earthquakes player now plays international service in South America, is participating in the South American World Cup qualifiers, and on Friday he and his team suffered a loss.

We still have a long way to go, with the next match scheduled for Tuesday in Lima against Argentina. It’s tough, but Argentina doesn’t always dominate the road in the qualifiers so Lopez and his team-mates will have to regroup and try to claim their first win in this cycle in that match.
