In an attempt to keep coronaviruses out of the way while Russian cities are entering the blockade, Moscow is using the latest technology to track residents.

City officials are using a huge network of thousands of cameras (installed with face recognition software) and are planning to connect with people’s digital cell phones. It has been questioned whether widespread surveillance will be reversed.
