Drought in Australia: Catching spectacular storms outside – BBC News

The town of Broken Hill on the outskirts of Australia has experienced severe drought since 2017, but is finally looking forward to the rain. Local photographer Jacob Vlatko has received some spectacular images of the last thunderstorms. He told the BBC how, after so much time, it had been “amazing” to testify.
