The epicenter was reported to be 10 km from the surface.

People felt the tremors and earthquakes for about 15 seconds. Earthquakes were felt in all areas of the city. Aside from the area headquarters, people also felt tremors in Bergat Bakurai. An atmosphere of panic reigns among the people due to a strong earthquake. People who left the houses at night were seen burning in the fires in the cold winter. On October 27, the first earthquake was recorded in Sioni on the Richter scale of 3.3 magnitude. Then, earthquakes of magnitude 3.1 and 3.5 were recorded twice a day on October 31.

On November 9, a magnitude 3.4 earthquake was recorded in Richter in Sioni. During the past four months, there has been geological upheaval in the area. People are also afraid to go home at night. In Chidia, Ballari and Dundasivni, people are forced to sleep outside at night due to panic. Geologists celebrate an earthquake after 20 to 25 years to drain the energy that builds up inside the Earth. Geologists say that there may be a weak belt running through this area, so there is frequent geological movement in this area. Energy inside the Earth is slowly coming out.
