Philip Green’s retail empire is at risk of 13,000 jobs – BBC News

Sir Philip Green’s Arcadia retail empire – which has high street shops like Topshop, Burton and Dorothy Perkins – is on the verge of collapse, putting 13,000 jobs at risk. The business has more than 500 stores and has been run by Sir Philip Green for almost 20 years. It is understood that administrators may be appointed within days.
