26 states set coronavirus hospitalization records for Thanksgiving week

After months of Covid-19 cases, the U.S. has achieved the highest number of hospitalizations due to the virus. The U.S. exceeded 80,000 hospitalizations daily on Nov. 19 and set new records continuously for 17 days through Friday, according to the COVID Tracking Project.
