People should not be “carried away with optimism” after the UK approved its first coronavirus vaccine, UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson has warned. The prime minister has said he does not mean “our fight is over” and said some parts of the economy are still facing severe cuts. Jonathan Van-Tam, England’s deputy medical director, asked for patience to deploy the Pfizer / BioNTech jab, which will start early next week.
