World leaders are gathering in Argentina for the G20 annual summit with Russia in a new tension with Ukraine and with China in the US trade queue.

US President Donald Trump canceled a meeting with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin in protest of hijacking Russian-Ukrainian vessels.

Twenty-four sailors were arrested in the Black Sea incident.

A tough security operation is underway for the summit of the Argentine capital Buenos Aires.

The holiday is set for Friday and the city’s main business district has closed.
