A 5.5-magnitude earthquake was reported on the Richter scale in the morning near Niafu, Vava’u, Tonga, according to the European Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC), the earthquake struck Friday, December 11, 2020 at 9:49 am local time at medium depth. 75 km.
