Dolly Parton took her humor with RuPaul to the next level during an interview with Marie Claire, as the Queen offended her shadows.

RuPaul and Dolly Parton have a fun, long-lasting, and meaningful friendship. In a recent interview, the country singer comically insulted RuPaul’s Drag Race leader.

Dolly Parton and Robol have a lot in common. Both are in show business, routinely speak their minds, and have a glamorous picture. Parton has been known to wear elaborate wigs, makeup, and costumes regardless of the occasion. Years ago, the two met on a radio station and the similarities between their behavior, personality, and outfits were strange. Sometimes they joke that the two are twins, “except that he’s about four feet taller,” Dolly says. Often times, the two celebs make fun of each other, and Parton takes RuPaul’s hilarious sense of humor to the next level during a recent interview.

According to Comic Sands, RuPaul and Dolly gave a Zoom interview to Marie Claire earlier this week. During the interview, the country singer was offered a respectable Southern breakfast she had cooked, including biscuits, sausage pancakes and gravy. Upon seeing the morning mega meal, she asked RuPaul if she had put on her heels in the kitchen. “I always wear my heels, right?” Dolly replied. “No. That’s the thing, there are similarities in what we do, but I remove all of these things,” Roe replied with a quick wit. “Well, I don’t. I always have to stay ready – street ready, I always say. Right before throwing the big shade,” Barton said. “Like, when I’m in Los Angeles – I told you – if it’s going to have an earthquake, if we get an earthquake, I’m not running the streets like you look now. ”Ouch!

Instantly, Twitter was all over Dolly’s shady comment about RuPaul. Why did Dolly Parton kill RuPaul in cold blood? One person tweeted. Another user joked, “I was very worried he was already dead.” “If Dolly says she can’t be seen on the street it looks like I’m now going to be dead. I’d like to put on the Infinite Glove and distance myself from the timeline broadcast,” read a more exciting tweet. To top all the comments, one user wrote, “Honorable death.”

Dolly and Robol have always had a fun dynamic. The country singer sure took things to the next level with her comment, but it’s time to check out Roo. In RuPaul’s Drag Race, he reads all the queens and his owner, Michelle Visage, for filth. Needless to say, he came!
