Wikileaks founder Julian Assange cannot be extradited to the United States, a London court has ruled. The judge blocked the request because of Mr. Assange’s mental health and the risk of suicide in the United States. He is 49 years old and wants to publish thousands of documents classified in 2010 and 2011. Mr Assange has fought against extradition and says the case is politically motivated. U.S. authorities have 14 days to file an appeal and hope to do so.
