Health Secretary Matt Hancock has warned citizens to strictly abide by the current blockade rules. He warned that the pressure on the NHS is now “very bad”. Labor leader Sir Keir Starmer has added his voice to government scientific advisers, warning that current blockade rules may not be tight enough to control the rise of the coronavirus pandemic. Mr Hancock promised that all adults in the UK would be vaccinated against coronavirus in the autumn.
