Rescued rivers threaten flood barriers

Welcome to Britain, the winter of 2020, three consecutive weekends of major storms. As of today, there are still 175 flood alerts, 147 flood warnings and 6 severe floods. Environment Minister Rebecca Pow said even more housing would be flooded if it had not been for 20 years of investment in flood defense.
