Coronavirus: British First Death – BBC News

The coronavirus case in the UK is the first to be contracted abroad. The man underwent GP surgery in Surrey, south of England, when he was ill. He became the first British to die as a result of illness as another patient on a cruise ship in Japan. Respiratory disease, caused by symptoms of pneumonia, has infected nearly 84,000 people in more than 50 countries.
