Scientists say an iceberg will be one of the 10 largest ever recorded. Soon the Larsen C ice shelf revolution grew suddenly and now only 20 km of ice is floating away at a 5,000 km piece.
Larsen C is the most important ice shelf in Antarctica.
Swansea-based researchers say that losing a quarter of the size of Wales will leave the entire shelf broken in the future.
