Syria’s northern Kobane border city has been besieged by Islamic State fighters for more than three months. However, Kurdish forces are trying to maintain most of the city. In addition to keeping them at IS level, they see it as a key part of their mission to bring the story to the rest of the world. An Iranian Kurdish filmmaker spent two weeks inside Kobane, endangering men and women for life, revealing the ongoing battle.
