The German Research Center for Geosciences (GFZ) reported a magnitude 4.8 earthquake in Chile near Arica, Provincia de Arica, Arica e Barinacotta, just 11 minutes ago. The earthquake struck on Tuesday morning, February 9, 2021 at 8:28 am local time at an average depth of 87 km.
