Why does Japan accept so few refugees? BBC News

Approximately 40% of asylum applications in Germany and Canada are supported, more than 30% in the UK. But in Japan the number is 0.2%, and the process is exhausting. Rupert Wingfield-Hayes has tried in Tokyo to find out why.
