Police have seen a video of Kevin Spacey on the bus, according to the complaint

In 2016, Nantucket bar actor Kevin Spacey said the video of the 18-year-old alleged assault was taken by Snapchat, and investigators have that video, according to a criminal complaint filed in Nantucket District Court.
Massachusetts State Police report the incident between a Cluby car, a Spacey restaurant and a bar in Nantucket, on July 7 and July 8.
According to the complaint, the 18-year-old coach told Spacey she was 23 and was studying business at Wake Forest University. That night, Spacey bought him a large number of alcoholic beverages, dipped the size of his penis, and then tried to get the bus back to his home, police allege.
