02:32 AM | By: EARTHQUAKEMONITOR Today, February 21, 2021, at 5:38 pm local time, a 3.7 magnitude earthquake shook Santa Clara County, in California, USA. The earthquake arose at a depth of 6.9 km, about 9 km east-northeast of Gilroy, in Santa Clara County, and the epicenter was at the southwest corner of Henry Coe State Park. The area is densely populated. Minutes after the earthquake, we received reports from users from areas within a 50 km radius of the earthquake describing them as weak to moderate shaking, depending on their proximity to the earthquake.
