Public Health England is beginning to record coronavirus cases and deaths by ethnicity. According to research, people of black, Asian, and minority ethnic backgrounds are at risk for serious illness of Covid-19.

Russia, meanwhile, is seeing a rise in coronavirus cases, with President Putin warning of a high risk to his country.
