Donald Trump said some states have announced concrete steps to begin a “safe, gradual and phased opening.”

The US President will come after the government has issued instructions to reopen the economy.

Speaking at the White House on Saturday, Texas and Vermont said they would be able to open some businesses on Monday, “with appropriate social measures to move away.”

However, some state governors have warned against restricting them until further testing.
