There are approximately 300 inmates between 12 and 18 years old in the Kabul Youth Rehabilitation Center.

They are the most vulnerable children in Afghanistan and the most troubled.

On average, about half are accused of being in militant groups: the Islamic State (IS) or the Taliban.
