Boris Johnson insists UK will leave EU on 31 October – BBC News

The Prime Minister has told the BBC he will continue the law but will leave the EU at the end of October.

“I will uphold the constitution, I will obey the law, but we will come back on October 31st,” Laura Kuenssberg told the BBC.

Parliament approved the bill in early September, calling for the UK to withdraw from the European Union without agreement.
