Coronavirus: Singapore’s s migrant workers they live in fear – BBC News
An increase in infection among Singapore’s many migrant workers threatens to undermine the city’s state of affairs.
About 80% of cases in Singapore have been linked to dormitories with low-wage workers in South Asia.
Singapore has closed several bedrooms because the government is conducting an extensive study and trying to evict healthy workers, but they are wondering why it was no longer protected because it was done.
People who lived in the bedrooms said they were afraid of getting sick, and looking to the future for what would happen.
We agreed to protect the identity of the staff who spoke to the BBC.
