Doctors demand morphine laws to take care of life

Channel 4 News has learned that top doctors have written to the home secretary to urgently relax the laws to control prescriptions for medicines such as morphine.
About the letter to Priti Patel, she explains that patients at the end of their lives have difficulty accessing medicine.
