Coronavirus blockade: Scotland considers options to ease restrictions – BBC News
UK indirect lock restrictions will have to be reviewed within two weeks. Downing Street gives no indication of the options being explored.
The Prime Minister of Scotland, Nicola Sturgeon, has seen ways to move forward.
One of these options is to change the design of the classroom, as not all children attend school at the same time.
Businesses should make sure that colleagues work within two meters.
The restrictions could be different in different parts of Scotland, depending on the level of risk of coronavirus.
However, any attempt to alleviate the blockade will only happen when ministers and their scientific advisers believe they are in control of the spread of the virus.
Sophie Raworth presents BBC News in ten reports by political editor Laura Kuenssberg and science editor David Shukman.
