The National Emergency Management Organization (NEMO) in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines on Monday warned that a “new swarm” of volcanic tectonic earthquakes (VT) that started at La Soufriere volcano at 6:38 am continued at a “fairly steady rate” before The decline begins at around 2:00 in the afternoon.
