New Delhi: New Delhi: A 4.0 magnitude earthquake struck at Shamba district in Himachal Pradesh today.

The earthquake struck 22 kilometers northwest-northwest of Dharamshala at Shamba Regional Border at 12:17 pm. The epicenter was 19 kilometers deep.

The tremor was also felt in parts of the Kangra region. However, no loss of life or property damage was reported from Chamba or Kangra.
