UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson has said his government “will not be content to return things as they were” as the UK emerges from the coronavirus pandemic. He promised to put an end to the “criminal waste of talent” in some parts of the UK, expanding the opportunity in a uniform manner. The government introduced 30 new laws in the Queen’s Speech.
