Bremen, Germany – October 2022: Jrg Conrad, CEO and shareholder of Bremen-based logistics service provider Leschaco, passed away suddenly on Sunday, October 23, 2022 after a short illness. He was 67 years old.
Born in Bremen, he developed the internationally active Leschaco Group into one of the leading logistics service providers in the field of dangerous goods and tank container logistics in recent years as sole owner and managing director. Last year, he initiated a generational change by handing over the majority of shares to his children Charlotte Palermo and Constantin Conrad. He was executive director and responsible for tank containers, air freight, contract logistics, legal and insurance as well as the terminal in Emden, Germany, until the end.
For many years, he contributed his experience in the logistics market and his international contacts to numerous honorary positions in the industry and community, enriching them with his entrepreneurial knowledge.
